How to make ABC_OKC work with Windows Vista :

Since release 2.7.20 ABC_OKC runs with Vista without problem or hassle.
If you want to make older releases run with Vista you need to have
administrator rights or if you have the User Account Control enabled,
you must set abc.exe and abc_okc.exe to be started as if you were
administrator (to do this, check the option "start this program as
administrator" in the compatibility panel of the properties window
for both abc.exe and abc_okc.exe).
