Maintenance release 4.5.15 for ABC450_OKC_final0669

Warning :
Don't install ABC_OKC and ABC or LH-ABC in the same directory.

If the files mfc90.dll, msvcr90.dll and msvcp90.dll are not in your windows\system32
directory ABC_OKC will not start and show some cryptic messages about configuration.
So check your windows\system32 directory and if necessary get the missing dlls from my
MissingDLLs folder and drop them into this directory and everything should be fine.

- A magnet/torrent could be detected as alive too soon after receiving its metadata and
  failed when set with its target rates (without disturbing the main program, a
  stop/start of the torrent unlocked the torrent).

New features and improvements for this release
========================================================================================

- A solution for the following case :
  When a new magnet is loaded, a template may be triggered to set its parameters.
  Then when the metadata for this magnet are complete, another template may be triggered
  (this is often the same one, but not always because more triggering informations are
  now available from the metadata).
  The problem is when you manually change the parameters of the magnet before the
  metadata are received, these changes may be overwritten by the new template.
  So there will be now no template triggering when metadata are done, if a manual change
  is detected in the magnet parameters.
  To keep it simple, a manual change is detected when you click OK or Apply in a
  Parameter dialog, when you apply manually a template or when you reset the move folder
  from the Change Destination dialog.
  You can always reset this status which forbids the second automatic triggering of a
  template for a magnet by holding down Shift or Control keys or Right mouse button when
  cancelling the torrent parameter dialog.
  If set, this status for manual change is displayed with a star in the title of the
  torrent Parameters window, for magnets and also for torrents.
