Maintenance release 4.4.34 for ABC440_OKC_final0611

Warning :
Don't install ABC_OKC and ABC or LH-ABC in the same directory.

If the files mfc90.dll, msvcr90.dll and msvcp90.dll are not in your windows\system32
directory ABC_OKC will not start and show some cryptic messages about configuration.
So check your windows\system32 directory and if necessary get the missing dlls from my
MissingDLLs folder and drop them into this directory and everything should be fine.

New features and improvements for this release

- The command line syntax was slightly modified to enable the loading of several
  torrents or urls in one single command line.
   - The already existing '-a' switch followed by the torrent names or urls to be added
     must be the last switch in the command line.
   - The options for added torrents must be entered after '-o'.
  New syntax :
  abc [-o options] -a torrentfile|magneturl|httpurl [torrentfile|magneturl|httpurl ...]

- For those who would find more practical to use Ctrl+X and Ctrl+V to cut/paste (=move)
  a block of torrents in the torrent list, the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+X and Ctrl+B can
  be inversed by setting the parameter invertxb to 1 in abc.conf.
