Some useful parameters only accessible in abc.conf and that can be changed without disturbing
the inner process of ABC_OKC
These are already described in the release notes but scattered all around.

Notes :
abc.conf is in UTF-8 with BOM header.
Exit ABC_OKC before modifying it.


activitymaxforseed=0.5
Fraction for seeds of the number of extra torrents started when some torrents turn inactive
when scheduler trigger mode is "after downloading"
always >= 0 and <= 1
by default :
activitymaxforseed=0.5
This means the max number of extra torrents started for inactivity for seeding torrents is 50%
from the max total number of extra torrents started for inactivity, and the remaining (50%) is
the max for working torrents.

Alternate file browser to open destinations in ABC_OKC
